Boarding Pricing

All overnight visits must be reserved prior to arrival. Note that we book up further in advance for holiday and summertime stays.

Note: All boarding package are non-refundable and expire one year from date of purchase.

Non-Holiday Boarding cancellations

If you cancel more than seven days before your scheduled drop off date your deposit will be refunded to you in its entirety.

If you cancel seven or less days before your scheduled drop off date your deposit will be credited to your account for future boarding appointments. Your credit is good for up to one year from the date it was placed on your account. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled drop off time will be subject to a $85 cancellation fee.

Peak Times:

Labor Day: Thursday, August 29th – Monday, September 2
Columbus Day: Friday, October 11th – Monday, October 14
Veterans Day: Friday November 8th – Monday, November 11
Thanksgiving: Wednesday November 27th – Sunday, December 1st
Hanukkah/Christmas/ New Year: Friday, December 20th -Sunday January 5th
there is a $10 surcharge in place for these dates.
PEAK CANCELLATION POLICY

There are no refunds on holiday boarding reservations. If you cancel more than two weeks before the beginning of our holiday boarding period, your deposit will be credited to your account for future use. Your credit is good for up to 6 months from the date it was placed on your account. If you cancel less than two weeks before the beginning of our holiday boarding period, you will forfeit your entire deposit.

Why a cancellation fee?

To ensure each dog has specialized attention we plan and schedule staff in accordance with the number of dogs. Please help us keep your dog happy by making your reservations in advance.

Fees apply to check-in before 7am and check-out after 12pm. Late checkout is available until 11pm seven days a week. Check-in times are:

CHECK-IN: 7:00am – 2:00pm
CHECK-OUT: 7:00am – 12:00pm
